I find the Egyptian stuff a little more innate, which is perfect for expressing The Dominion’s authority in Hermina. You’ll notice I drew Uriel wearing a gold head piece, this is meant to reflect both a crown and a halo. In past drawings I’ve coloured in some of the feather’s of the character’s wings to match their hair.It's becoming very natural for me now to visualize the Greek and Egyptian costumes against the almost Gothic backdrop. It's odd how such different styles can fit together so well. I think in the near future I'll throw something together ...
